Qualifications

  • Grade 12

  • Diploma in Building Services or NTC/IT in Electrical or Building Maintenance

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in property and facilities management

  • Certificate in fire safety management(FSM)

  •  Driving license B Vehicle & Trailer

Knowledge

  • Maintenance policies and procedures 

  • Basic Conditions of Employment Act 

  • Business etiquette

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Use electronic communication equipment

  • Communicates tenants

  • Ensure safety and security
